How Great Leaders Operate From a Position of Power

A great leader is not intimidated by the strength of others. When it comes to power, he or she does not hesitate to pass it forward knowing the result is synergy. The effective leader becomes skilled at Talent Management — placing people in positions where they are free to demonstrate their strengths. This type of leader is too busy leading to be competing. It’s called Operating From a Position of Power.
